Endaayaang
Endaayaang, A Place of Hope, is WICM’s transitional housing operative serving Winnipeg’s inner-city. At Endaayaang, A Place of Hope, we offer a number of programming for individuals seeking happier, healthy living. Endaayaang further provides fully furnished bachelor style suites, confidential services, and advocacy for participants within the healthcare, justice, and education systems, and with social service agencies and reunification. To ensure everyone gets the most out of the program, we also offer support for residents with setting goals, taking action, and moving forward.

Mentorship
With generous support from the Peterborough K.M. Hunter Charitable Foundation, the Mentorship Program provides residents of A Place of Hope new, respectful and supportive work opportunities, in our gardens, the maintenance department, the kitchen, and the Flora House Children’s Program. Through the Mentorship Program, we offer meaningful, paid positions to help develop skills, build resumes, and generate references for future employment outside of our organization.
Home Suite Home
Individuals without housing face systematic barriers that prevent access to safe, stable homes. The Home Suite Home Project, made possible with generous support from donors like Trinity York Mills Presbyterian Church, provides funding for new residents to support their transition into stable housing. It happens regularly that the biggest barrier to accessing housing is the buffer period required for transitioning to support services such as EIA. Funding for the Home Suite Home Project allows for this buffer period and means individuals are able to be housed more quickly and safely than they may be otherwise.
